Product Designer

We're looking for a Product Designer to own the end-to-end design process, working directly with the CEO and engineering team to turn complex workflows into intuitive tools. This is an opportunity to shape the product and design culture at a company solving a massive problem.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing B2B SaaS or workflow-heavy products
• Strong portfolio showing UX thinking, systems design, and visual polish
• Comfortable working in Figma and collaborating closely with engineers
• Bias toward action and clarity - can make decisions with incomplete information
• Experience in early-to-mid stage startups
