Requirements
- Defining scope, outcomes & measures, work packages, requirements, and deliverables at project and program levels.
- Developing resource management plans, identifying and acquiring required resources, delegating tasks and responsibilities and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors.
- Directing and managing projects and programs to deliver desired outcomes and benefits.
- Developing full-scale program roadmaps, project plans, value maps and effectively communicating project expectations.
- Liaising with project stakeholders, including senior leadership, to understand, set and manage expectations.
- Developing and growing business relationships vital to the success of projects.
- Drafting and submitting budget proposals and recommending budget changes.
- Coaching, mentoring, motivating and supervising team members and contractors
- Leading teams in the use of SCRUM/Agile methodologies
- Tracking project timelines, outcomes, milestones, and deliverables
- Delivering status reports, analyzing results, and troubleshooting problem areas.
- Managing changes in scope, budget, schedule, identifying potential risks and devising contingency plans.
- Fostering the professional growth of colleagues through mentoring and coaching.
- Monitoring and managing risks, issues and interdependencies between projects in a program
