Founding Product Manager

GovWell is building an AI operating system to transform how governments serve communities. We're hiring a Founding Product Manager to own cross-team product sequencing, prioritization, and problem framing. The role reports directly to the founders and operates in a hybrid model with regular in-person collaboration in our New York City office.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product-engineering roles
• Strong technical operator with IC coding experience
• Founder-mode product owner who operates with high autonomy
• Clear, concise written communicator
• Strong sequencing and systems thinking
• Deep curiosity about government workflows and constraints
