Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation
- Proven ability to generate pipeline in a B2B sales environment
- Revenue-minded and ROI-driven, focused on pipeline and conversion efficiency
- Data-driven and comfortable using Salesforce and marketing systems
- Clear and direct communicator with strong cross-functional alignment
- Able to oscillate between strategy and execution
