The Member Services Specialist is responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive experience for GOVX members across all touchpoints, leveraging expertise in member and customer service, digital platforms, and partner offerings.
Requirements
- High school diploma minimum with bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce setting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Member-centric, solution-based mindset, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
