Principal Associate - Real Estate Finance

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate/Principal Associate to join our growing Real Estate Finance team in London. The role will be wide ranging but key skills will include drafting and negotiating LMA style facility agreements and security documents, drafting and negotiating guarantees, and general project management of the conditions precedent process.

Requirements

• Real estate finance lawyers with strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and a collaborative approach
• International experience is valued, but not essential
