Chargé Onboarding Ville

The Onboarding Officer is responsible for ensuring a qualitative growth of our network of drivers, contributing to their success from integration to active usage of the Gozem app. The role involves welcoming and integrating new champions, providing training, and ensuring a positive first experience.

Requirements

• Bac+3 minimum or relevant experience
• Mastery of the Google suite (especially Google Sheets/Excel)
• Ease with digital technologies, including the use of smartphones (Android and iOS)
• French fluent and mastery of a local language
