Investment Banking Associate (Berlin or London) - German Speaker

We are seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join our team in Berlin or London. The role involves working on diverse technology transactions, developing transaction experience, and having a strong passion for technology and investment banking.

Requirements

• Experience from investment banking with a strong focus on M&A
• Demonstrable passion for technology through past work experience, personal interests, activity in societies and communities, or other extracurriculars
• Analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to connect high-level strategic thinking to the nuances in company's financials
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset
• Proficiency in English and German languages (fluency in written and verbal)
