Join our team as a Property Finance Analyst in Sydney, working on a 12mth Fixed Term Contract. Prepare financial and management reports, collaborate with the team to manage a significant property portfolio, and contribute to statutory reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Preparation of month-end journals, balance sheet reconciliations, and management reports
- Liaising with external managers and supporting statutory disclosures
- Maintaining and updating the Anaplan forecasting model
- Collating valuation packs for the Investment Management team
