Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Leasing Executive to support the Head of Leasing and the broader Asset Management team in attracting customers to vacant space across the GPT owned and managed portfolio, with the goal of maximising net property income and overall asset performance.
Requirements
- At least 8 years' experience in commercial or retail property
- Strong understanding of the office market
- Tertiary qualification in property or a related discipline
- Experience managing, mentoring, or leading a small team
- Strong commercial acumen
- Well-developed influencing and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify and pursue opportunities
- Proficient in core Microsoft Office applications
