Job Description
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for strategic oversight and execution of tendering and bidding activities within the business unit, ensuring profitability and compliance in all stages of the bid management process.
Requirements
- BE / B Tech in Civil, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 25+ yrs. of experience
- Proven leadership track record of 15–20 years in Tendering within the Transport Infrastructure sector (Highways, Railways, Metro).
- Extensive experience in managing large, complex bids and securing high-value projects through competitive tendering processes.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth strategies, building long-term client relationships, and forging strategic partnerships.
