The incumbent is accountable for the completion of allocated Substation tasks, ensuring smooth completion within quality and timelines, and supervising technical work.

Requirements

• Manage project staff according to established policies and practices
• Guide and support supervisors and subcontractors
• Assign and examine tasks of subordinate team and technical staff
• Apprise project progress to GRIL seniors and request support
• Review project progress and identify deviations from schedule
