Requirements
- 5+ years as a Product Manager, 2+ years as Lead Product Manager
- Defines metrics at the company level, determines the division of responsibility for metrics between departments and teams, finds gaps
- Plan/vision for the development of large products for 12 - 24 months
- Determines the company's strategy together with other directors
- Responsible for the balance of resources within the department and the company as a whole
- Ensures productive work with other company functions
- Responsible for risks, relations with partners/clients and regulators
- Resolves difficulties between departments, balances areas of responsibility
- Creates (or disbands) new teams and groups as necessary
- Manages 5 PMs, some of whom are Lead Product managers. Hired or developed at least one Team Leader or higher
