Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp, and this role is for a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive strategic plans, complex cross-functional programs, and org-wide change management, with a focus on AI-enabled workflow replacement and tool building.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience
- Experience driving strategic initiatives and managing cross-functional technical programs
- Balance execution excellence with a builder's mindset
- Strong track record of enabling outcomes through communication and partnership with leadership and cross-functional teams
- Solid foundational understanding of software engineering concepts and development practices
- Hands-on experience with AI/automation tools
