Job Description
We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to design, manage, and scale the supply chain operations that form the backbone of our GrabMart business.
Requirements
- At least 6-8 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations.
- Strong understanding of warehousing, transportation, and last-mile logistics.
- Expertise in managing 3PL/4PL providers, distribution centers, and fleet operations.
- Familiarity with supply chain technologies: WMS, TMS, demand forecasting tools, and route optimization systems.
- Track record in leading process improvement and cost-efficiency projects.
- Apply AI-driven insights to drive operational excellence.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to collaborate with partners, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
