Job Description
Grab is looking for a high-calibre Salesforce Solution Architect to join their GTS Commercial Systems leadership team. The role involves defining the design and functionality of the Salesforce platform, improving technical debt, and establishing design governance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise software development and architecture, with at least 6 years of deep experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise software development and architecture
- 6+ years of deep, hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Expertise across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud)
- Advanced technical proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Flow
- Ability to design large-scale architectures aligned with the Salesforce 'Well-Architected' framework
- Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and Salesforce security frameworks
- Experience establishing or leading technical governance bodies
- Experience advising senior business and technology leaders
- Experience solving deep-seated systemic problems and reducing technical debt
- Experience with coaching and developing technical talent
