Job Description
Grab is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to manage endpoint and patch management, providing predictive and seamless experiences to Grab employees. The ideal candidate has experience in mobile device management, patch management, operating system, and application lifecycle management, with scripting skills and excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of administration and operations experience with Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS, and Android endpoints
- Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools like Jamf, Workspace One, Intune, JumpCloud, and Google MDM
- Experience of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MECM/Intune) and Windows Autopilot, with skills in OS and application patch management
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Bash, Shell, PowerShell, Python)
- Experience implementing endpoint security configurations based on industry standards
- Knowledge of SSO and related protocols
- Experience in advanced troubleshooting, change management, incident management, and understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library processes and best practices
