Job Description
Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp. We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Tech Governance Manager to join our team. You will lead Grab Tech's proactive governance initiatives — ensuring compliance, scalable control design, and cross-functional alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Risk Management or related field.
- Minimum 9-15 years of relevant experience in IT governance, risk management, or compliance roles.
- Strong understanding of IT governance and control frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, NIST, or similar
- Proven experience managing audits, control reviews, remediation tracking, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement
- Experience in regulated industries such as financial services or fintech
