Job Description
The Grace Kids Coordinator creates safe, welcoming, and engaging environments for kids to encounter God's truth and love. The role ensures every classroom and ministry space is prepared with excellence, so that volunteers can lead effectively and children are inspired to grow in their faith and understanding of God.
Requirements
- Passionate relationship with Jesus Christ
- Servant leadership
- Advanced organization and administration skills
- Good aesthetic eye for what is appealing to children and families
- Experience working with children
- Efficiency in time management
- High-quality interpersonal skills, both written and spoken
- Detail oriented
- Ability to administer a budget
- Clear on structure, mission, vision, and goals for Grace and Forge
- Proficient in various computer software: Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Office 365, etc.
