Executive Assistant to the Head of School

Grace Church School is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of School. The ideal candidate will be kind, organized, proactive, and able to handle a wide range of administrative duties with efficiency and professionalism.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Google Workspace and with Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support roles.
• Experience supporting senior leadership in a complex organization is strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment, and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in an educational setting or nonprofit organization is a plus.
