Behavior Support Specialist

Grace Community Care is seeking a Behavior Support Specialist to work with individuals with developmental disabilities in a supportive and compassionate environment. The specialist will conduct behavioral assessments, develop behavior support plans, and implement interventions to address challenging behaviors. They will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide training to staff.
