Direct Support Professional

Grace Community Care of NJ is hiring two 1:1 Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for various community engagement outings. The DSPs will provide in-home support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including personal care and assistance with daily living activities. This role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and access to technology.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• CPR Training and Certification (2 years)
• Access to Wi-Fi/internet/Tablet or Computer
• Proficiency in note-writing and time recording
• Team player mentality and professionalism
• Ability to pass Employment and Background checks
