Direct Support Professional

Grace Community Care of NJ is seeking 1:1 Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for in-person shifts including Day and Weekends. These roles involve providing direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in community and personal home settings, while also traveling to community outings. The position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and time-recording skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• 1:1 client experience with Developmental Disabilities
• Valid driver's license
• CPR Certification in Last 2 Years
• Access to Wi-Fi/internet/Tablet/Computer
• Proficiency in note-writing and time recording
• Team player mentality, professionalism, and punctuality
