Direct Support Professional

Grace Community Care of NJ is hiring (2) 1:1 Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for weekdays and weekends, with varying shifts offering flexibility. DSPs will provide direct support to clients with Developmental Disabilities, including personal care and ADLs, while using driver's license and reliable transportation. The role involves collaboration with families and utilizing first aid skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in related field preferred)
• CPR Training and Certification in Last 2 Years
• Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Access to Wi-Fi/internet/Tablet or Computer
• Proficiency in note-writing and time recording
• Team player mentality, professionalism, and punctuality
• Ability to pass Employment and Background checks
