Direct Support Professional

Grace Community Care of NJ is seeking two 1:1 Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for a day shift of 9am-3pm and a weekend shift of 4pm-8pm, or weekends. These DSPs will be responsible for providing direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including personal care, ADL assistance, and collaboration with families and teams. The role requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR Certification
• Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Experience working with clients with Developmental Disabilities
• Ability to travel (25%)
