The Training & Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for preparing new employees to successfully serve individuals receiving housing stabilization services, home health support, and IDD services. The coordinator will manage the organization’s Learning Management System training platform, deliver new employee orientation, and support new staff during their first 30–60 days of employment.
