Doctor of Medicine degree, clinical rotations, residency, Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, 4-year OB-GYN residency, 2 plus years practicing medicine
Medical Assistant - Extended Hours
High school diploma and either significant on-the-job experience or certification as a medical assistant
Physician - Internist
Medical license, Doctor of Medicine degree, and class 2-5 certification with DEA. Must maintain good attendance, timely documentation, and patient confidentiality
Medical Assistant
High school diploma and medical assistant certification required
Behavioral Health Clinician (LPCA/LPCC/CSW/LCSW)
Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology/Psychological Associate, or as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. 2-3 years experience
Wellness Nurse
Current RN license, CPR certification, and over 1 year of experience required
APRN/PA-C
APRN/PA-C licensure and experience in a similar role required
Medical Assistant (Float)
High school diploma and either significant on-the-job experience or certification as a medical assistant
Behavioral Health Care Coordinator
Master's in social work preferred, B.S. degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related field, or equivalent education, training, and experience
