Hospice Home Health Aide/CNA

Assist terminally-ill patients with personal care needs under the supervision of an RN Case Manager and Hospice Aide Manager.

Requirements

• Listed on MN nursing assistant registry with current Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA)
• 1-year experience as a home health aide or nursing assistant
• Current valid MN Driver’s License and daily access to reliable, insured vehicle
