Housekeeper

The Summit of Germantown is seeking a Housekeeper to join their team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning common spaces and resident rooms, as well as ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents. The ideal candidate will have a genuine loving and caring attitude for seniors, as well as the ability to relate to residents and staff in a courteous and diplomatic manner.

Requirements

• Follow established performance standards and perform duties according to policies and procedures.
• Have the ability to lift at least 40 pounds and perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, standing, bending, squatting, crawling, reaching, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and twisting.
• Have a high school or GED equivalent, and some experience working in a hospitality setting or a senior community is helpful but not required.
