Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Town Village Tulsa. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and upkeep of the building, equipment, and grounds, as well as providing quality maintenance services to meet resident needs and enhance safety. This is a full-time position with a salary of $18.00/hour.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum two to three years of experience in maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical or HVAC, and repair of minor equipment
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds
• Mechanical aptitude
• Knowledge of proper cleaning materials and their use
• Experience in maintenance and repair of minor equipment
