Medication Technician - 3rd Shift

The Residence at Whitehall is seeking a Medication Technician to join their team. The primary responsibilities of the Medication Technician are to administer or assist with the administration of medications to residents, provide physical and psychosocial care, and oversee the wellness staffing schedule. The position requires a commitment to creating exceptional living experiences and making a positive difference every single day.

Requirements

• Administer or assist with the administration and/or supervision of medications to residents
• Provide physical and psychosocial care to residents
• Oversee the wellness staffing schedule
• Conduct change of shift report with oncoming/outgoing shift personnel
• Maintain security of medication cart and narcotic keys
• Assist with activities of daily living
• Maintain professional demeanor at all times when interacting with residents and families
• Respond to emergencies in a prompt and calm manner
