Job Description
Inspirations of Northbrook is seeking a Part-time Resident Care Assistant to provide physical and psychosocial care to residents, promoting dignity, choice, and individuality. The position involves assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and collaborating with peers and other team members.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English
- Certification by state-approved program, if required
- Satisfactory completion of the company Resident Assistant skills competency checklist
- Good physical health and freedom from communicable diseases
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
