CNC Operator

Grace Manufacturing is seeking a qualified CNC Operator for a production role in a manufacturing environment at our facility in Russellville, Arkansas. The position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC equipment, inspecting finished parts, and maintaining accurate production and inspection records.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Technical degree or formal technical/vocation education
• Attention to detail and quality
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn CNC machining
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read measurements and perform basic math
• Previous manufacturing, machine operator, or shop-floor experience
