We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. The role will work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to support new product introductions, troubleshoot process issues, design fixtures and tooling, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
- 3-5 years of experience in a precision machining or manufacturing environment
- Experience with CNC machining processes (lathes, mills, and multi-axis equipment)
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, Mastercam, or similar)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
