Job Description
The GraceKennedy Group is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead sales growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and deliver strong commercial performance across all channels. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years of senior managerial experience in FMCG, and strong commercial acumen.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years' senior managerial experience in Sales or Marketing within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment
- Strong understanding of FMCG channel dynamics and route-to-market models
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and leading large sales teams
- Strong commercial acumen, including experience in pricing, margin management, and trade spend optimisation
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Must own and operate a reliable motor vehicle
