Backend Engineer

Role Overview

Backend Engineer will own systems that matter, from architectural decisions to production, scale, and failure. They will work on infrastructure that makes autonomous AI agents reliable in the real world.

What You Will Do

Build the OS for AI Agents, Ship Resilient Systems, and Take Products from 0 → 1 → Scale. Iterate in small increments, deploy multiple times a day, and stay accountable through observability, iteration, and scale.

Requirements

• Substantial tenure building production software
• Proven experience owning complex, high-stakes systems
• Deep fluency in Go (Golang)
• Comfort operating across a modern backend stack (PostgreSQL, Temporal, GCP, Kubernetes)
• Senior, Staff, Principal or Distinguished level in practice
• Genuine excitement for autonomous AI as a platform shift
