Job Description
As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide direct care and plan implementation for clients in our Adult program, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being. You will work under general supervision to support clients during bedtime and morning routines, conduct health and safety checks, and provide supervision and crisis management. You will also participate in individual plan implementation, promote clients' achievement of behavioral goals, and maintain a high level of engagement with clients.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Moderate computer skills
- Ability to pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
