End User Services (IT Support) Analyst

Graham Capital Management, L.P. is seeking a mid-level IT analyst to provide operational support for firm-wide end user application and workstation hardware support. The analyst will sit on the trading floor and provide technical support for workstations, including software upgrades, market data and trade execution platforms, and daily operational procedures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience providing technical support for workstations
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to workstation hardware, computer systems and applications
• Experience with all Microsoft desktop software, particularly Microsoft Windows 11 and Office 365
• Financial Services industry experience; familiarity with market data applications from vendors such as Bloomberg and Refinitiv
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, often working on several projects at once
