Production Manager

Role Overview

Direct supervisors and assigned personnel within the Production Department. Coordinate production activity to produce quality product in a safe and cost-effective manner.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute a production plan, oversee production department personnel, manage inventory levels, and ensure customer service requirements are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and/or related operations experience
• Minimum of five years' experience in an operations supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environment
• Leadership skills
• Ability to maintain regular attendance
• Computer usage and typing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
