Quality Lab Technician

Role Overview

Graham Packaging is looking for a Quality Technician to work at the Technical Center Analytical Lab in York, PA. The Quality Technician will assure the quality of products and work closely with project managers, engineers, and production employees.

What You Will Do

The primary duties of a Quality Technician include testing products, participating in Round Robin testing, completing reports, and working on projects measuring physical testing of products.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of manufacturing experience, quality experience, and excellent communication skills. They will be able to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-3 years in manufacturing
• Minimum of 1 year quality experience
• Ability to maintain regular attendance
• Computer usage and typing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Good visual skills to recognize visual defects
• Understanding of gauge calibration and verification
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
