Quality Test Lab Technician

Role Overview

The Test Lab Technician plays a crucial role in upholding quality standards by meticulously testing products, identifying performance inconsistencies, and ensuring that every tested material or part meets the company's performance criteria.

What You Will Do

Set up, operate, and maintain testing equipment and instruments, perform daily product and material lab testing, and accurately complete reports and communicate findings.

Requirements

• Able to stand for extended periods of time, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting to 50 lbs. and up to 80 lbs. team lift.
• Communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
• Testing experience in a laboratory environment is a plus.
• Must demonstrate good judgement and decision-making ability.
• Highly motivated self starter and able to work independently.
• Adhere to all safety procedures & help promote a clean lab environment.
• Proficient with basic computer skills (Excel/Word, data logging software
