Job Description
GRAIL is seeking a Client Integration Enablement Specialist to drive successful onboarding and activation of client integrations across a rapidly expanding portfolio of partners and integration pathways. The individual will lead client-facing integration efforts, ensuring seamless adoption of Galleri ordering and results workflows across multiple platforms.
Requirements
- BS/BA with 2+ years or Master’s with 1+ years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or EHR integrations
- Client-facing implementation or consulting roles
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows (clinical, operational, billing), EHR systems (Epic, Athena, Cerner, etc.), integration standards (HL7, FHIR, APIs)
- Experience leading client implementations and cross-functional projects
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Travel requirement of 10% as required
