Head of Nutrition Services Australia - flexible location

We are seeking a Head of Nutrition Services Australia to lead the strategic direction, development and delivery of our livestock nutrition business. The role will involve shaping NSA's strategy, owning the P&L, and building a high-performing team with a strong ruminant nutrition focus.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Agricultural Science or similar, or Veterinary Science; Masters or PhD in livestock nutrition is preferred
• Proven experience in the Australian livestock nutrition & welfare industry
• Client facing experience with a hands-on approach (including on-site engagement and tailored solutions)
• Strong analytical, collaborative, and solution focused capabilities
• Deep proficiency with formulation software and data interpretation
• Demonstrated P&L management, including budgeting, forecasting and ROI tracking
• Ability to manage time, prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines
