Job Description
As the Site Manager of our Euabalong West grain storage and distribution facility, you will lead a team of Grain Handlers to ensure the safe, efficient receival, storage, and outload of commodities.
Requirements
- Operational experience
- Strong leadership capability
- Commitment to safety
- Experience in plant operations (ideally the Grain industry)
- Experience supervising, supporting and developing workgroups / individuals
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours to meet operational demands
- Capacity to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Current unrestricted driver licence
- Basic IT literacy
