The Field Safety Specialist provides Safety & Health expertise to Grainger Customers and Sellers, partnering with District Sales Managers in their defined regions to ensure they are aligned to the right safety and health opportunities and are training their aligned region Sellers on Health and Safety offers, resources, and insights. The role involves conducting customer needs analysis, providing tailored solutions, implementing solutions, and guiding Grainger Sellers on strategy and direction on health and safety opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong business & safety acumen
- 2+ years' experience in an environment involving safety hazard analysis and assessments
- Bilingual (English and French) required
- Ability to project manage and drive for results
- Possession of a valid license and a reliable vehicle
