Job Description
As a bilingual Field Operations Associate, you will support business functions in a particular market, serving key customers in the branch and on their sites. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, capitalizing on sales/service opportunities and creating customer loyalty.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 1-3 years' experience in retail/selling or customer service environment
- Bilingualism (English and French)
- Ability to safely learn and operate powered industrial equipment, forklift
- Self-motivated, with high energy and dedication to customer service and sales growth
- Ability to effectively collaborate with tact and diplomacy with internal and external customers and cross-functional partners
