Corporate Counsel

Work as a Corporate Counsel Senior to support corporate governance, public company compliance, and Board and committee operations at Grainger. The role prepares Board and committee materials, supports shareholder meeting execution, and manages domestic and international subsidiary governance.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• 1-3 years with a law firm and/or in-house legal department
• Illinois Bar Admission Upon Hire
