Job Description
Grainger is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service in an inbound call center office environment. The role involves delivering a positive customer experience, resolving inquiries and complex problems, and promoting the benefits of doing business with Grainger. The position is hourly, with a starting pay rate of $22.50/hour and eligibility for a afternoon shift premium of $1.50/hr and an incentive target of $1,200.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English
- 1+ years of demonstrated success in a customer service role
- Proficient and accurate typing, data entry
- Advanced system knowledge and comfortable navigating systems (Microsoft Office Suite and background in enterprise systems i.e.: SAP, Oracle, Salesforce.com, SharePoint, etc.)
- Bilingual (ENG/FR) an asset
