Job Description
Operations Manager at Grainger, responsible for leading and managing the operation of the Tlalnepantla Distribution Center, MB Cunduacán, and MB El Salto, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and sales. Promote continuous improvement and ensure compliance with operational, administrative, and quality goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, Master's degree desired
- 5-7 years in operations, at least 1 year as a Manager or Leader
- Experience in high-volume operations, multi-shift, distribution, and supervision of personnel
- Microsoft Office: intermediate level, desired. Advanced Excel
- English level: advanced (spoken and written)
- Logistics storage system management
- Desired: 4GEN, SAP, Manhattan, or any ERP system, Business Objects
- Advanced knowledge of statistics (information analysis)
