Lead Frontend Engineer

We are seeking a Lead Frontend Engineer to join our CIM Customer Experiences team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting scalable, customer-facing web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with modern front-end technologies, including React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Working knowledge of back-end development using Java and Spring-based frameworks
• Experience with using agile coding frameworks to deliver production software
• Experience designing and operating cloud-native, distributed systems
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and improve production systems
• Proven collaboration and communication skills
• Experience mentoring and influencing other engineers
